INTRODUCTION: The night was adolescent and had an unusual charisma in its stillness…however there was nothing extraordinary about it…just another bare and arid routine.

Story 1: the phone rang and startled me…as I was about to embrace the night and call it a day…on the other side was the voice which I used to listen to everyday…however today there was something dissimilar…it seemed that little bit extra engaging…that little bit extra affectionate…that little bit extra pleasant…the uncomplicated light of the full moon making its way through the window and bestowing its simplicity on my face…was not helping either…:). The dialogue was invigorating and peculiarly intriguing…my slumber had wished me goodnight and left…however there was no stopping me…or should I say “US”…it was brilliant and spectacular…her sweet whispers were the only thing that mattered at that point in time…her laughter…her sighs…her breath…threw me in a fantasy world and there was no coming back from that…
I was in love…

However…just when I was about to make my final plunge…my heart skipped a beat and I came thrashing back into reality…I realized the intricacy of the situation and the redundant repercussions…

Soon the moon wished us good morning!!! And was on its way for some alone time…with the first rays of the sun…life acquired a whole new meaning…the morning draft seemed more revitalizing…dawn had not seemed so gorgeous ever…birds were singing sweets into my ears…
both of us had found their soulmate…

BEAUTIFUL...I am beguiled thinking how one can be so truly amazing at embodying their thoughts into words so intricately...boy...u just took my heart away with this piece..i just love the pattern & style of your writing...so fresh...totally agree with the thought that it is the choices we make in life and nothing else that carve our road ahead.
ReplyDeleteNice one Babu,
ReplyDeleteI wonder which authors you read most. Great authors influence us the most. If you keep writing your style will have start having and individual imprint.
If you are spending so much time writing, when do you study yaar ! ?
A little bit about 'choices' I heard this somewhere. The choices that we make are also preordained. Nothing happens by chance ! Our thoughts largely shape out future. Its actually frightening to think that everything is preordained or 'decided' by nature. I find it hard to believe this.
Life's processes are all so intriguing. We are all flowing in this river called life together. Do we really have any choice where we reach? It is difficult to fight against the current, and why should we?
So the task is to understand the river, its flow, all the debris it carries in it. This might free one from hope and despair.
heyy Amazin yaar........i totally agree wid ur thought in the end....lovd it....
ReplyDeleteI just cant match the vocab in my comments to go with the blog. The entire plot and the way it has been presented is just brilliant. Keep it up
